Penmac Staffing is hiring Assembly / Disassembly Production Associates for a manufacturing facility in Springfield, MO. These are full-time opportunities for dependable individuals who enjoy hands-on work, using tools, and working in a production environment. Positions are available in both assembly and disassembly departments, where employees will work with major components, perform quality checks, and support daily production operations. - Experience using hand tools in a manufacturing, mechanical, or construction environment preferred
- Experience with torque wrenches, sockets, and electrical tools is a plus
- Ability to follow work instructions and quality standards
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to regularly lift, push, and pull materials throughout the shift
- Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime as needed
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in a production environment
ResponsibilitiesAssembly Duties
- Assemble major components according to specifications and work instructions
- Perform minor machine setups and adjustments as needed
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met
- Assist with routine equipment maintenance and housekeeping tasks
- Follow all production and safety procedures
Disassembly Duties
- Disassemble components for testing, inspection, and cleaning
- Use hand tools and equipment to safely remove parts and materials
- Perform minor machine setups and adjustments as needed
- Evaluate products and components to identify quality concerns
- Assist with routine maintenance and housekeeping activities
General Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Support production goals and department objectives
- Communicate equipment, quality, or production concerns to supervisors
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Schedule and Pay
- Full-time
- Monday - Thursday: 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- Overtime on Fridays: 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. as needed
- Must be available for mandatory overtime
- Pay: $16.50 per hour
