| SUMMARY OF POSITION FUNCTION: |
| The Production Worker Trainee is required to learn all aspects and equipment needed to make OANB butter products and to perform required duties accordingly. Operation of machines includes following daily Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's) and complying with company quality standards. |
| ESSENTIAL/MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: |

At the end of their first 180 days, they will be expected to pass all written and practical testing to move them into the position of Production Worker Level I.
