Required Experience & Skills No prior production experience required training provided Ability to follow simple instructions and work procedures Strong attention to detail and task focus Reliable attendance and punctuality Positive attitude and willingness to support team needs Essential Duties & Responsibilities Strip wires according to basic instructions Repackage parts and materials for distribution Assemble wiring kits and small components Package small orders for shipment Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety guidelines and procedures Stay focused on assigned tasks and meet daily production goals Work Environment Light production or assembly environment Repetitive tasks requiring attention to detail Ability to stand or sit for extended periods Handling of small parts and materials
