We provide training and opportunities for growth within our manufacturing operation.### ### ### What Youll Do:As a Production Worker, you'll support the manufacturing of custom bags, pouches, liners, covers, and specialty packaging products by performing a variety of production and assembly tasks.Responsibilities may include: * Assembling, sealing, cutting, and packaging products according to work instructions * Operating manual and semi-automated production equipment * Self-checking work to ensure quality standards are met * Following production schedules and job specifications * Maintaining a clean, organized, safe, and production-ready work area * Reporting quality, equipment, or material concerns to supervisors * Working cooperatively with teammates to meet production goals * Following all company safety policies and procedures### ### Opportunities for GrowthMany of our Machine Operators, Hand Fabricators, Setup Technicians, and production leaders started in entry-level production roles.
