What You'll Do
As a Production Worker, you will be responsible for:

• Measuring and preparing ingredients accurately according to recipes and specifications to ensure consistent quality.
• Operating fast-paced production lines, maintaining workflow, and complying with safety protocols.
• Reading labels, recipes, and work orders in English to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
• Documenting production data precisely, including lot numbers and production metrics.

As a Machine Operator, you’ll ensure the smooth operation of production equipment to meet manufacturing goals while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. You’ll work closely with the production team to deliver excellent products that satisfy consumer needs.

What You'll Do
As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Setting up machines prior to production runs, including calibration and configuration to ensure accuracy.
• Monitoring machine performance during operation and making adjustments to optimize efficiency and product quality.
• Conducting routine inspections of machinery to identify and resolve issues proactively.
• Performing regular maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts to prevent breakdowns.

Location & Schedule:
This is an on-site position in McMinnville, OR. Work shifts are scheduled as follows:
• Day Shift: 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Night Shift: 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM
Schedule alternates weekly, with Sunday through every other Wednesday or every other Wednesday through Saturday. Note: All hours worked over 10 hours in a day are paid at the OT rate of time and a half!
