Production Workers

Our client, a manufacturing industry leader, is seeking dedicated Production Workers to join their team. As a manual line worker, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing department supporting the production process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Manual Line Worker

Location: Appleton, WI

Pay Range: $18-$19 an hour

Shift: AM Shifts, 8am to 12pm, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

• Assist the Operator to meet production timelines and ensure quality standards are maintained
• Open rolls and stage products for manufacturing processes
• Wrap finished products and stage them in designated areas
• Complete helper checklists and required paperwork accurately
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety procedures

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
• Ability to understand and follow safety procedures and equipment instructions
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to read and interpret internal job tickets and paperwork
• Willingness to assist with machine setup and basic maintenance duties
