Production Workers

Now Hiring Production Workers $15 $18/hr | Day Shift

We are hiring Production Associates for a fast-paced manufacturing and warehouse environment. This role includes a mix of packaging, assembly, quality inspection, and palletizing. Ideal candidates are dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a production line setting.

What You'll Do

• Assemble and pack products according to production standards
• Read labels, instructions, and sequence screens to ensure correct build and placement
• Install screws, hardware, and cabinet components with accuracy
• Inspect products for defects, quality issues, and correct assembly
• Stack, palletize, and prepare finished goods for shipment
• Maintain steady production flow and help prevent line bottlenecks
• Correct or rework improperly assembled or packed items as needed
• Ensure proper labeling, alignment, and secure packaging
• Support team members and shift priorities as production needs change
• Follow all safety, attendance, and cleanliness guidelines

What We're Looking For

• Warehouse, production, assembly, packing, or manufacturing experience preferred (not required)
• Strong attention to detail and quality control mindset
• Ability to read labels, follow instructions, and work at a steady pace
• Comfortable with physical work (standing, lifting, stacking, repetitive tasks)
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Team player with good communication skills

Schedule & Pay

• Monday Friday
• 6:00 AM 4:30 PM
• $15.00 $18.00 per hour (based on experience)
