As a Production Worker, you'll role purpose. You'll work closely with managers and team members to deliver results that make a difference.
What You'll Do
As a production worker, you will be responsible for:
Measuring and preparing ingredients accurately according to recipes and specifications to ensure consistent quality.
Operating fast-paced production lines, maintaining workflow, and complying with safety protocols.
Reading labels, recipes, and work orders in English to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
Documenting production data precisely, including lot numbers and production metrics.
Performing routine cleaning and sanitation of equipment and work areas in compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
Participating in cross-training on various roles within the production line to support operational flexibility and efficiency.
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
Previous experience in production, manufacturing, or a related field (preferred).
A strong interest in long-term employment and growth within a manufacturing environment.
The flexibility to work overtime when necessary to meet production goals.
Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and record-keeping.
Excellent teamwork, communication skills, and a willingness to learn new skills.
Physical ability to lift 25-50 lbs repeatedly, along with bending, twisting, reaching, and standing for extended periods.
Capacity to work safely at heights and perform physically demanding tasks efficiently.

Location & Schedule: This is an on-site position in McMinnville, OR. Work shifts are scheduled as follows: Day Shift: 5:00 AM 5:00 PM Night Shift: 5:00 PM 5:00 AM Schedule alternates weekly, with Sunday through every other Wednesday or every other Wednesday through Saturday. Note: All hours worked over 10 hours in a day are paid at the OT rate of time and a half!
