As a Production Associate, you’ll have the chance to work in a variety of areas, measuring raw ingredients, operating equipment, or labeling and packaging finished products. The work is hands-on and detail-oriented, so success comes from having solid basic math skills, mechanical aptitude, and a focus on consistency and accuracy. Shift information:
Full time, Monday-Friday
Day and swing shifts
Available positions:
Solid Dose Packagers and Fillers: $18.50-$19.50/hr Loads and unloads machines, cleans equipment, completes paperwork as required
Manufacturing Packagers: $18.50-$19.50/hr Operate packaging equipment, label containers and products, and maintain equipment cleanliness
Weighers: $19-$20/hr Sort and measure ingredients, pour and add them to scales, record weights, label containers, and maintain production logs
Blenders: $20-$21/hr Sort, pour, and screen ingredients, add them to scales and blenders, label containers, complete production logs, and clean equipment
What we are looking for:
Previous experience in production or manufacturing is a plus
Comfort with, or experience operating, machinery
Strong communication skills
Basic math proficiency
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Physical stamina to meet the demands of the role
