As a Packaging Associate, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the quality and precision of our aluminum extrusion products. You'll work closely with team leaders and fellow associates to meet production goals, uphold safety standards, and contribute to the company's reputation for excellence.

What You’ll Do
As a Packaging Associate, you will be responsible for:

• Packaging aluminum extrusion products accurately according to company and customer specifications, ensuring high quality and compliance.
• Inspecting materials for defects, damages, and compliance before packaging.
• Wrapping, boxing, and labeling finished goods efficiently for shipment.
• Safely loading and unloading materials and packaged products.
• Operating hand tools, power tools, and packaging equipment effectively to complete your duties.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment to support efficient production.
• Assisting with warehouse organization, inventory management, and relocating materials as needed.
• Following all safety procedures, policies, and regulations to promote workplace safety and production efficiency.
• Contributing to a team environment focused on quality, productivity, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• No specific educational requirements; a high school diploma or equivalent is a plus.
• Dependability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Necessary safety footwear such as steel-toe or metatarsal boots with met guards.
• Ability to pass a drug screening (including THC) and a background check.
• Prior manufacturing or packaging experience is preferred but not required.
