Job Title: Packaging Associate


Pay: $17.00 per hour $25.50 overtime


Hours: Monday–Saturday, all shifts (day, afternoon, midnight)

As a Packaging Associate, you'll help ensure the quality and precision of our aluminum extrusion products. You'll work closely with team leaders and fellow associates to deliver results that make a difference in production and shipping.


What You'll Do


As a Packaging Associate, you will be responsible for:

• Packaging aluminum extrusion products accurately according to company and customer specifications.
• Inspecting materials for defects, damages, and compliance before packaging.
• Wrapping, boxing, and labeling finished goods efficiently for shipment.
• Safely loading and unloading materials and packaged products.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all safety procedures.

What You'll Bring


The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Dependability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Necessary safety footwear (steel-toe or metatarsal boots with met guards).
• Ability to pass a drug screening (including THC) and a background check.
