Job Description:
Prosteel, is seeking motivated and dedicated Production Workers to join our team. As a Production Worker (Welder/Grinder), you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, contributing to the production of high-quality products that meet our customers' expectations. Responsibilities
- MIG Welding
- The production schedule must be structured in a manner that maximizes production efficiencies with minimal downtime and still meets customer needs.
- Reports to department Supervisor
- This position involves physical work that may exert up to 50 and may consistently require lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or otherwise moving objects. The position may involve moving heavy equipment
- Basic hand tools as required to complete the tasks assigned
- Previous experience with firearms safes is a plus
- Ensures quality of all products produced and performs quality checks
- Maintains good housekeeping in areas assigned
- Works safely and follows all safety rules and operational procedures
- Always keeps assigned work area clean
- Understands all safety devices and their operation. Notifies management if safety devices are malfunctioning or missing prior to operation
- Safely operates all lifting devices by manufacturing specifications
- Forklift Experience is a plus

- Mechanically Inclined.
- Detail orientated

- Pass Pulmonary Test (Paint Dept. Only)
