Job duties:
Work remote.
We are seeking a Midwest Attorney that can work remote and has an active California (CA) license. This attorney will work in our products liability group and work with auto and manufacturing companies on warranty cases.
· Case management
· Drafting critical motions
· Developing written discovery
· Taking and defending depositions
· Participating in court proceedings
· Trial and appellate experience
Required:
· Recent experience with products liability, toxic torts / asbestos, and/or insurance defense litigation
· Must be licensed in California (CA)
Bonus points for:
· License in any of these states: IL, MO, KS, IN, WI
