Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and goal-driven products representative to join our team. In this role, you'll connect with customers to understand their needs, present tailored insurance product, and support them in protecting what matters most. This is a sales-focused position with opportunities for professional growth, training, and performance-based advancement.

Responsibilities

• Develop leads, identify customer needs, and market appropriate insurance products
• Present and sell auto, home, life, and/or business insurance policies to new and existing clients
• Build strong relationships with clients through trust, active listening, and consistent follow-up
• Educate clients on product options and assist them in making informed coverage decisions
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
• Maintain accurate and organized client records
• Collaborate with the team to ensure exceptional customer experience

 Qualifications

• Sales experience required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, driven, and goal-oriented personality
• Must be able to obtain required sate insurance licenses (Property & Casualty and Life & Health)
