  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and follow-up.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients on insurance options.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and recommend suitable products and services.

Requirements


  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Strong interest in marketing and promoting insurance products based on customer needs.

  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
