MAV Paint Contractors Inc is looking for a skilled Professional Painter to join our growing team in Lake Worth, FL! Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting including cleaning, sanding, scraping, and applying primer
• Apply paint, stain, and coatings to interior and exterior surfaces using brushes, rollers, and sprayers
• Interpret work orders and follow project specifications to ensure quality results
• Protect surrounding areas with drop cloths, masking tape, and coverings before beginning work
• Mix, blend, and match paints and finishes to meet project requirements
• Perform touch-ups, repairs, and finishing work to meet client expectations
• Maintain tools, equipment, and job site cleanliness throughout each project

Requirements:

• Previous professional painting experience (residential and/or commercial)
• Proficiency with brushes, rollers, and spray equipment
• Knowledge of surface preparation techniques and various paint products
• Ability to work safely on ladders, scaffolding, and at heights
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
