We are seeking an experienced Systems & Data Analyst (SAP S/4HANA PP) to join the SAP S/4 Center of Excellence team. This role focuses on implementing, supporting, and enhancing SAP Production Planning (PP) solutions. The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of SAP PP in S/4HANA environments, strong configuration skills, and experience working cross-functionally with business leaders, solution architects, and technical teams.
Lead and participate in process design workshops and solution development for SAP PP.
Collaborate with functional teams, business SMEs, developers, and integrators to deliver SAP enhancements and projects.
Perform full-cycle system configuration and create/update technical documentation.
Translate functional requirements into system solutions; coordinate with development teams for WRICEF object creation.
Conduct unit, integration, and user acceptance testing; develop test scripts and support defect resolution.
Develop and implement process improvements and standardization aligned with SAP Activate Methodology.
Support production issues using root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Work with SAP Solution Manager and FIORI applications.
Provide input to overall project plans and timelines.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Data Analytics, Economics, or related field.
8–10+ years of experience with SAP Production Planning (PP), including at least one full end-to-end implementation in SAP S/4HANA.
Strong understanding of SAP PP configuration—including material master, BOMs, routings, MRP, work centers, capacity planning, lot sizing, and stock requirements.
Experience with process improvement, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration.
Experience working in manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, or production support environments.
Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement.
Strong problem-solving, time management, and communication skills.
Familiarity with SAP PS (Project Systems), WRICEF development coordination, and SAP Solution Manager.
Knowledge of Agile or SAP Activate implementation methodologies.
SAP Certifications (PS or S/4 HANA) are a plus.
Experience with aerospace or defense manufacturing environments is beneficial.
Hybrid schedule: 2–3 days onsite per week.
Domestic travel: Up to 5% if required for project support.
Physical demands: Must be able to walk, climb stairs, crouch, and move throughout production areas as needed.
U.S. Person requirement: Required due to export compliance.
Possible overtime: Based on project needs.
