We are seeking an experienced Systems and Data Analyst with deep expertise in SAP Quality Management (QM) and S/4HANA. The successful candidate will support SAP project implementations and enhancements by gathering requirements, designing end-to-end solutions, preparing documentation, and coordinating across multiple technical and business teams.
This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, architects, developers, and vendor partners to ensure successful implementation of SAP QM processes while driving improvements, efficiency, and compliance across enterprise operations.
Lead requirement gathering, solution design, functional spec preparation, realization, and deployment for SAP QM.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SMEs, architects, developers, consultants) to improve processes and deliver solutions.
Implement full-cycle SAP QM configuration, including documentation and testing (unit, integration, UAT).
Translate functional specifications into application design, coordinate with ABAP teams, and ensure quality delivery.
Develop, review, and maintain functional/application design documentation.
Participate in project testing cycles, lead root cause analysis, and resolve issues.
Support WRICEF object development in collaboration with ABAP team.
Provide guidance on SAP Activate methodology and Agile (SAFe) practices.
Ensure compliance with project management plans and deliverables.
Work with SAP Solution Manager, SAP Project Systems, and FIORI.
12+ years of SAP QM consulting experience, with at least 1 full life cycle S/4HANA implementation.
8–10 years of relevant business experience in Quality Management within complex environments.
Strong expertise in SAP QM processes: inspections, quality notifications, sampling schemes, audit planning, FMEA, stability studies, and quality certificates.
Deep knowledge of S/4HANA roadmap, releases, and new innovations.
Experience integrating SAP QM with external systems and other SAP modules (Sales, Procurement, Costing, EWM, Plant Maintenance).
Experience with SAP Activate methodology and Agile/SAFe development.
Strong understanding of SAP testing tools.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
S/4HANA QM or SAP PP Certification.
Working knowledge of WBS and SAP Project Systems.
Experience in Aerospace & Defense industry, especially with SAP ECC Demand Planning.
Bachelor's degree (preferred).
Equivalent combination of education and work experience will be considered (e.g., Master's degree + 4 years' related experience, or 10 years' related work experience).
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (2–3 days onsite per week).
Travel: Occasional domestic travel up to 5%.
