This role is perfect for experienced coaches who want scale, flexibility, and impact.
Provide 1:1 career coaching sessions
Support resume, LinkedIn, and interview strategy
Help candidates interpret Employability Scores and role matches
Track outcomes and candidate progress
Proven experience in career coaching, recruiting, or leadership development
Strong communication and coaching skills
Experience with professionals in competitive fields preferred
Independent advisor mindset
Steady flow of motivated candidates
Platform-enabled matching and insights
Freedom to focus on coaching, not lead generation
