Kain's Fishing Adventures is seeking a skilled, professional chef to lead our kitchen for the 2026 season at our premier fishing lodge in Sitka.
We are looking for a chef who takes pride in quality, presentation and consistency. Who wants to build a seasonal role they return to year after year.
What You'll Be Doing
-Prepare breakfast, appetizers, dinner and desserts for up to 20 guests daily.
-Deliver a high-quality lodge dining experience (not basic buffet service)
-Develop and execute rotating menus featuring:
-Fresh seafood (salmon, halibut, rockfish)
-Elevated comfort meals
-Clean presentation and consistent execution
-Maintain a clean, organized and efficient kitchen
-Manage food inventory, ordering and cost control
