With expertise spanning civil/site engineering, environmental permitting, transportation infrastructure, construction management, and advanced surveying technologies, we are committed to delivering high‑quality, timely solutions to local, state, and federal clients.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop civil engineering designs, including site layouts, grading, drainage, utilities, and roadways using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD Civil 3D).Prepare and submit permit applications to local, state, and federal agencies, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and standards.Work closely with project managers, surveyors, and other engineering disciplines to deliver comprehensive solutions tailored to client needs.Create engineering reports, feasibility studies, and calculations to support project design and decision‑making.Skills, Knowledge and Expertise3–5 years of experience in civil engineering design, preferably in land development or municipal projects.Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and other relevant engineering software; knowledge of stormwater management software is a plus.Engineer‑in‑Training (EIT) certification required; Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus or willingness to obtain it.Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment.BenefitsThe base salary range for this role is reflected in the posting.
