We’re hiring for a Remote National Sales Executive to drive new business development while managing full life-cycle recruiting for direct hire placements nationwide.
What you will do:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to generate new business.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing placements.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders.
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, interviewing, and placing talent.

What we’re looking for:
  • 3–5+ years of staffing industry experience in sales and/or recruiting.
  • Proven success in business development and client relationship management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
