Role Description The Professional Driver role at MyCityTransportation is a full-time, on-site position based in Greensboro, NC. In this role, the driver safely operates company vehicles to provide ADA paratransit, shuttle, and non-emergency transportation services, following all traffic laws, company policies, and safety procedures. Daily responsibilities include picking up and dropping off passengers on schedule, assisting riders with mobility needs, and maintaining a courteous, professional, and respectful demeanor at all times. The driver completes pre- and post-trip inspections, keeps vehicles clean and presentable, and promptly reports any safety concerns, incidents, or mechanical issues. The role also involves accurate documentation of trips, clear communication with dispatch and supervisors, and active participation in ongoing training to maintain high standards of customer service and safety.\n
