Job SummaryOldcastle Infrastructure is currently seeking a Professional Engineer with an emphasis in Civil/Structural Engineering. This position will involve performing engineering designs in support of estimates, submittal packages, and production of precast products.Job LocationThis position will be on site at our Auburn, WA or Wilsonville, OR facility.Job ResponsibilitiesWork with Leadership and CAD Operators in support of sales and production.Support installation of engineered products in assigned region.Work on various engineering projects in support of sales as well as continuous improvements in manufacturing, process, shipping, handling, and installation.Prepare calculations and drawings for precast products.Work with the Quality Control Department to ensure precast products are manufactured in accordance with Oldcastle's Quality Control Program.Other duties as assigned.Job RequirementsBachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering/Structural Engineering.Registered Professional Engineer, or able to obtain within 6 months.Previous experience in concrete design/precast design (preferred) – other structural disciplines acceptable.Ability to read and interpret drawings and perform structural concrete designs.Proficiency with software programs including AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, MathCAD, SAP2000.Organization and communication skills.Self‑motivated and able to take initiative.Ability to interact with customers, managers, engineers, drafters, and other employees to resolve engineering and management related issues.Job CompensationBase salary range of $120,000 – $130,000 per year.10% annual bonus opportunity.Vacation hours of two weeks per year.Sick leave benefits up to 56 hours per annum.401(k) plan.Short‑Term and Long‑Term Disability benefits.Eleven paid holidays per year.Annual Community Volunteer paid day.What CRH Offers YouHighly competitive base pay.Comprehensive medical, dental, and disability benefits programs.Group retirement savings program.Health and wellness programs.An inclusive culture that values opportunity for growth, development, and internal promotion.Equal Employment OpportunityOldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH Company, is an affirmative action and equal opportunity employer.
