Key Responsibilities
Workflow Modeling & Configuration
• Convert process maps, user requirements, and manufacturing procedures into functional Opcenter Execution workflows
• Configure MES objects including operations, work instructions, process steps, workflows, rules, forms, data collection plans, and electronic records
• Manage MES master data and ensure alignment with SAP, automation, and other shop floor systems
• Develop and maintain workflow logic, business rules, and exception handling to support manufacturing operations

Collaboration & Requirements Management
• Partner with manufacturing engineers, process owners, and production teams to validate requirements and ensure MES functionality aligns with real world processes
• Collaborate with IT/OT teams to support system integrations (ERP, historians, automation, etc.)
• Participate in solution reviews, design reviews and requirements workshops

Testing, Validation & Deployment
• Create and execute test scripts for workflow validation, functional testing, and system changes
• Support change control processes, documentation, and release management

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:
• Minimum: 3-5 years as a Subject Matter Expert within Manufacturing
• Leadership skills & a solid understanding of Site operations and manufacturing processes with prior experience of leading work streams
• SAP Experience
• Diploma in Business, Science or Engineering.
