Professional - Graphic Design Specialist

Job Description: *Hybrid (remote/80 Park Plaza)- in office Tuesdays & Wednesdays
*MON-FRI (9am-5pm)
*Contract only for (12) weeks

This role is ideal for a designer who brings exceptional visual design skills, a strong understanding of brand systems, and the confidence to collaborate with stakeholders across the organization. We're seeking someone who can independently manage projects, influence creative decisions, and elevate every touchpoint of our brand.

Notes:
Experienced in Graphic Design
Understand the brand and creative assets
Print, brochures, event materials, advertising for social media
Translate business objectives on the creative side.
Communicate with print vendors and other business units
Present creative concepts, present to large teams
Manage projects simultaneously
Take files from creation to the end of production
Stay on top of design trends, emerging technologies, familiar with AI tools (Canva, ect.)
Help assist social media team with graphics
Large corporate experience required
No industry background required
3-7 years professional graphic design experience
Portfolio required, (diverse range of design works)
Work in Adobe Creative Cloud required
MS Suite required

Requirements:
•3–7 years of professional graphic design experience, with a portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual thinking, polished execution, and a diverse range of design work across print and digital channels.
•A sophisticated understanding of typography, layout, color theory, composition, and visual storytelling.
•Experience working within established brand guidelines while finding opportunities to thoughtfully elevate and evolve creative solutions.
•Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to confidently explain design decisions and build trust with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
•Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing creative outcomes through partnership rather than authority.
•Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.
•Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing business needs, and work independently with minimal direction.
•Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat. Experience with Figma, Microsoft PowerPoint, Canva, motion graphics, or video editing is a plus.

•Advanced: Full knowledge of related concepts. Typically has at least 4 years of experience performing this specific job function and requires minimal managerial oversight/direction.
•Expert: Full knowledge of the function. Demonstrated ability to apply concepts to the functional area and see big picture impact of actions. Typically has approximately 7+ years of experience performing this specific job function and requires very limited managerial oversight/direction.
