What is a Guardianship Care Manager
Guardianship Care Managers provide guardianship support and services in compliance with the North Carolina General Statute Chapter 35A.
This requires substitute decision-making, assessment, advocacy, monitoring, reporting, documentation and record maintenance, relationship building, liaison activities, and sometimes the ability to mediate challenging situations.
The Guardianship Care Manager will support clients 18 and older living with cognitive changes, MH/SA, or IDD, primarily in Wake County.
