House Cleaner Wanted -- Petal Sweet Cleaning

This job isn't for everyone. And that's okay.

The work is physical. You'll be on your feet throughout the day, working in clients' homes and cleaning to a high standard. Our clients notice the details -- and so do we.

You'll often work independently, so self-motivation, integrity, and reliability are non-negotiable. We need people who show up on time, take pride in their work, and don't need someone telling them what to do every step of the way.

• $800-$900+ per week, plus tips and bonuses
• $200-$300/week average in tips, with some earning more

The Job

You'll clean residential homes throughout Northeast Ohio, including routine cleans, deep cleans, and move-in/move-out cleanings. You'll travel between homes, maintain your supplies and equipment, and communicate with the office when needed.

No professional cleaning experience? That's okay. We can teach you how to clean. We can't teach dependability, integrity, or work ethic.

• Dependable and punctual
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Detail-oriented
• Physically able to perform normal cleaning tasks and lift 20 lbs.
• Professional and respectful in clients' homes
• Positive, coachable, and growth-minded

Requirements

You must:

• Be 18+
• Have a valid driver's license
• Have a reliable personal vehicle
• Have current auto insurance
• Pass a background check

You must be available Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM. Most team members work 28-36 hours per week. No nights or weekends.
