WHAT THE JOB LOOKS LIKE
- Lead a small cleaning team serving residential clients throughout northern and central New Jersey — within a 30-mile radius of Morristown
- Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm (occasional weekend availability required)
- Travel to client homes via company vehicle or personal vehicle with mileage reimbursement
- Use all-natural, eco-friendly cleaning products and high-quality equipment — all supplied
- Be the face of ecomaids for our clients: professional, reliable, detail-oriented
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 1+ years of residential cleaning experience preferred
- Prior team lead, supervisor, or shift lead experience strongly preferred
- Background in retail management, hospitality, housekeeping, or customer service is a plus
- Must be local to the northern/central New Jersey area — reliable commute to Morristown is essential
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong communicator who holds themselves and their team to a high standard
