ecomaids of Morristown is hiring an experienced House Cleaning Team Lead to join our growing, professional team.  We're looking for someone with real leadership experience, a strong work ethic, and a genuine pride in delivering exceptional results.

WHAT THE JOB LOOKS LIKE

• Lead a small cleaning team serving residential clients throughout northern and central New Jersey — within a 30-mile radius of Morristown
• Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm (occasional weekend availability required)
• Travel to client homes via company vehicle or personal vehicle with mileage reimbursement
• Use all-natural, eco-friendly cleaning products and high-quality equipment — all supplied
• Be the face of ecomaids for our clients: professional, reliable, detail-oriented

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 1+ years of residential cleaning experience preferred
• Prior team lead, supervisor, or shift lead experience strongly preferred
• Background in retail management, hospitality, housekeeping, or customer service is a plus
• Must be local to the northern/central New Jersey area — reliable commute to Morristown is essential
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong communicator who holds themselves and their team to a high standard
