What You'll Do


As a Professional Housing Consultant, you will:


+ Guide customers through the home-buying process from initial consultation to closing.

+ Sell manufactured, modular, and tiny homes along with financing solutions.

+ Build relationships with prospective customers and identify their housing needs.

+ Generate new business through referrals, networking, and social media marketing.

+ Promote homes and communities through digital marketing and community outreach.

+ Educate customers on financing options and assist with the loan application process.

+ Coordinate with office staff, lenders, and management to ensure an outstanding customer experience.

+ Maintain product knowledge on homes, floor plans, financing programs, and lenders.

+ Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development.


Qualifications


We're looking for individuals who are:


+ Bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred)

+ Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused

+ Competitive and motivated by performance-based income

+ Comfortable building relationships and closing sales

+ Professional with strong communication skills

+ Tech-savvy and comfortable using social media for business development

+ Organized with strong follow-up skills

+ Available to work Saturdays (closed Sundays)


Sales experience is preferred but not required. We provide comprehensive training for motivated individuals who are eager to learn and succeed.
