Seeking an experienced Land Surveyor for site civil engineering projects in an in-office role working with a project team.
Responsibilities include:
- Translating projects between office and field
- Preparing property legal documents
- Leading field survey activities such as construction staking, boundary, ALTA, and topographic surveys
- Mentoring team members and overseeing survey calculations
- Managing projects from start to finish and interacting with clients
- Building and maintaining client relationships
Requirements and preferences:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience
- PLS certification
- Proficiency in Civil 3D and AutoCAD
- Strong professional growth record and marketplace connections
