Your Primary Responsibilities will include:

As the Professional Land Surveyor Manager, you will provide leadership, operational oversight, and strategic direction for the firm''s surveying practice.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Lead and develop a team of Professional Land Surveyors and survey staff across multiple office locations.
• Oversee project execution, workload management, staffing, and resource allocation to ensure quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
• Provide technical leadership and quality assurance for survey projects, deliverables, and regulatory compliance.
• Establish and maintain surveying standards, procedures, and best practices across the organization.
• Mentor and support the professional development of survey personnel while fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and support business development initiatives.
• Partner with company leadership to drive operational excellence, pursue growth opportunities, and expand surveying services.
• Monitor project performance, budgets, schedules, and client feedback to ensure successful project delivery and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license in Illinois.
• Bachelor''s degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive land surveying experience, including leadership or management responsibilities.
• Experience overseeing multiple projects, teams, and priorities in a consulting environment.
