An established firm is seeking an experienced Land Surveyor for site civil engineering projects. This position is an in-office position working with the project team.

Responsibilities Include:
- Responsible for translating projects between the office and the field
- Prepare property legal documents
- Directing all duties of field survey members assigned to them while performing field activities such as: construction staking, boundary, ALTA, topographic, and more
- Work directly with other team members, mentoring and leading
- Perform survey calculations for property boundaries
- Types of surveys performed: Construction Staking, ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys, Route Surveys, Topographic Surveys
- Monitoring projects from start to finish, interacting with clients
- Build and maintain positive client relationships
Requirements and Preferences:- 5+ years of experience
- PLS
- Proficiency in Civil 3D and AutoCAD
- A strong record demonstrating the ability to increase professional responsibilities throughout the professional career
- Well-connected and well-respected in the marketplace, with an ability to bring in clients and work to the firm
