Opening with a client for a Professional Land Surveyor with strong field and office experience.
In this role, you’ll support a variety of land development and infrastructure projects across Pennsylvania and Ohio. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work in the field and collaborating with a knowledgeable, motivated team.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of professional surveying experience
SIT certification required; PLS license preferred
Must hold or be eligible to obtain PA and/or OH licensure
Proficiency using Topcon GPS and total stations
Construction Stakeout
As-built Surveys
Utility Line Route Surveys
Topographic, Property, and Boundary Surveys
Experience performing a range of surveys, including:
ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys
Working knowledge of Carlson or AutoCAD Civil 3D software
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Willingness to work overtime and travel locally as needed
