Professional Land Surveyor (PLS)/Survey Department Manager
Oversees all operations of the survey department including project management, scheduling field crews, staff development and project delivery.

• Lead, mentor, and supervise surveyors, field crews, and CAD technicians.
• Plan, organize, and oversee all survey projects from proposal to completion.
• Develop scopes of work, budgets, and schedules.
• Oversee boundary, topographic, ALTA, construction staking, utility, and as-built surveys.

• State of Tennessee Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license required.

• 6+ years of progressive surveying experience, including supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of surveying principles, procedures, and state regulations.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and survey processing software.
• Pay range $50-65/hr. Depending on skill match and experience
