Professional Land Surveyor (PLS)/Survey Department Manager Oversees all operations of the survey department including project management, scheduling field crews, staff development and project delivery.
Lead, mentor, and supervise surveyors, field crews, and CAD technicians.
Plan, organize, and oversee all survey projects from proposal to completion.
Develop scopes of work, budgets, and schedules.
Oversee boundary, topographic, ALTA, construction staking, utility, and as-built surveys.
State of Tennessee Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license required.
6+ years of progressive surveying experience, including supervisory experience.
Strong knowledge of surveying principles, procedures, and state regulations.
Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and survey processing software.
Pay range $50-65/hr. Depending on skill match and experience
