Job Description
Maintenance Technician – Commercial & Residential
We are seeking an
experienced Maintenance Technician for commercial and residential properties.
Having your own tools and/or a work van or truck is a plus.
Responsibilities include:
- Drain clearing and plumbing repairs
- Sheetrock patching and repairs
- Toilet repairs (wax rings)
- Shower and faucet valve stem replacement
- Basic electrical troubleshooting (non-licensed scope)
- Door, lock, and hardware repairs
- Basic HVAC maintenance (filters, thermostats)
- Preventive maintenance and work order documentation
Preferred Qualifications:
- Construction or remodeling experience
- Experience in commercial or multi-unit facilities
- Ability to work independently
Requirements:
- Preferred 10+ years maintenance experience
- Valid driver’s license with Van or Work Truck
- Ability to pass background screening
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
