Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Florham Park, NJ
Duration: 12 months with possible extension
Pay range: $45.21 - $75.35 per hour on W2

Job Description:
  • The Project Manager is responsible for leading large-scale, complex manufacturing program transformation projects across a global organization with focus in North and South America.
  • Projects are highly cross-functional, culturally diverse, typically spanning 12–18 months.
  • Reporting to the VP of Operations and Supply Chain, this role works across the involved areas of the organization such as Engineering, Quality, EHS, Finance, and Regulatory, etc. to ensure seamless execution with minimal disruption to customers, employees, and business continuity.
  • Success in this role requires deep experience managing high stakes projects in multinational environments, strong governance discipline, and the ability to navigate ambiguity, competing priorities, and cultural nuances.

Key Responsibilities:
Program & Project Leadership
  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of project.
  • Develop and maintain integrated project plans covering scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality, and change management, ensuring alignment across all regions and functions.
  • Manage multiple concurrent workstreams over extended timelines (12–18 months), ensuring milestones and business outcomes are achieved.
  • Ensure all projects are planned and executed in a manner that prioritizes employee safety, environmental stewardship, and operational risk management, in full compliance with local, state, federal, and country-specific laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Partner with EHS, Legal, Quality, and Regulatory teams to identify compliance requirements early and embed them into project governance, execution plans, and site readiness activities.

Stakeholder & Governance Management
  • Establish and lead project governance structures, including steering committees, executive reviews, and cross-functional operating forums.
  • Serve as the primary point of accountability for program status, risks, and decisions; escalate issues appropriately with data-driven recommendations.
  • Align global, regional, and local stakeholders across different cultures, time zones, and regulatory environments.
  • Ensure efficient project updates with required stakeholders.

Cross-Functional Integration
  • Coordinate closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Finance, IT, HR, and Commercial teams to ensure end-to-end readiness.
  • Partner with HR and Communications to support and plan any related workforce transitions, change management, and employee engagement activities tied to site moves or closures, ensuring compliance as applicable.
  • Ensure regulatory, quality, and customer commitments are maintained throughout transitions.

Financial & Risk Management & Mitigation
  • Build and manage project budgets, financial tracking, and business case assumptions related to cost, capital investment, and savings realization.
  • Identify, quantify, and actively manage project risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
  • Ensure lessons learned are captured and applied across programs to reduce execution risk.
  • Ensure risk mitigation plans are identified and actioned accordingly.

Change Management & Communication
  • Drive disciplined change management practices to support adoption across diverse organizational cultures.
  • Develop clear, consistent communication plans tailored to executive audiences, regional leaders, and operational teams.
  • Maintain transparency and trust during periods of uncertainty and organizational change.

Must Have:
  • PMP certified, strong financial acumen, and deep experience managing and successfully delivering high stakes manufacturing projects required.
  • Engineering degree preferred;
  • Bilingual Spanish and/or MBA a plus.
