What You'll Do

  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities
  • Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to close
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers
  • Identify client challenges and recommend tailored solutions
  • Maintain an accurate and organized pipeline within HubSpot
  • Collaborate with operations and leadership teams to ensure client success

What We're Looking For

  • Proven success in B2B sales and business development
  • Experience managing a full sales cycle
  • Strong CRM discipline and proficiency (HubSpot experience preferred)
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven

Preferred Experience

Experience selling into one or more of the following industries is a plus:

  • Commercial cleaning and janitorial services
  • Building services and facility management
  • Recycling and waste solutions
  • Construction and related services

Location

Remote position. Candidates must reside in:

  • Denver Metro Area, Colorado
  • Southern California

Travel is typically 1–2 nights per month for client meetings, networking events, and company functions, with occasional additional travel as needed.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $75,000 Base Salary
  • Uncapped Commission
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $200,000+
  • Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding company
