Position: Discovery Interview — Professional Services Workflow Mapping
Type:Contract
Compensation:$60/hour
Location:Remote

Role Responsibilities

• Engage in a broad, portfolio-level conversation about your work in professional services.
• Discuss processes that consume the most time and identify repetitive tasks.
• Highlight variations across clients, engagements, and departments.
• Identify what separates good execution from poor and what tends to get caught in review.
• Discuss parts of work that must remain human and any regulatory constraints.
• Provide insights for follow-up conversations to enhance learning.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Experience managing engagement teams or owning a book of work in professional services.
• Current or recent experience at a public accounting or professional services firm.
• Ability to speak to a portfolio of work rather than a single task.

Interview Process

• 45 mins conducted by an AI interviewer in your browser.

Compensation & Legal

• One-time $60 payment after interview completion and verification.
