Minimum 4 years of RN experience BSN preferred Current RN license (state or compact CPR certification (AHA standard within 30 days of hire UPMC-approved nursing certification within 1 year, or Master's in Nursing/DNP to substitute Annual completion of a professional contribution approved by Unit Director Demonstrated ability to provide age-specific, patient-centered care across the lifespan Strong critical thinking, clinical judgment, and problem-solving skills Physical stamina for walking, standing, lifting, and patient positioning

Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances: • Current RN License • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS w/in 1 year of hire • Basic Life Support (BLS OR Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR • Comprehensive Crisis Management (CCMC w/in 60 days of hire • NIH Stroke Scale (NIH w/in 6 months of hire • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS w/in 1 year of hire • Registered Nurse (RN OR Temporary Practice Permit (TPP • Act 33 with renewal • Act 34 with renewal • Act 73 FBI Clearance with renewal
