Responsibilities
Patient Care Excellence
- Deliver patient-centered care using the nursing process and Relationship-Based Care model.
- Develop individualized care plans and collaborate with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
- Utilize critical thinking to address clinical, safety, psychosocial, and spiritual needs.
- Maintain accurate documentation and promote patient safety, quality, and satisfaction.
Quality & Evidence-Based Practice
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to enhance patient care.
- Utilize research and evidence-based practices to support clinical decision-making.
- Contribute to discussions that improve patient outcomes and care delivery.

- Minimum 1 year of RN experience required
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills

- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and assist patients as needed
Licensure & Certifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN license
- BLS/CPR required within 30 days of hire
- CCMC required within 30 days of hire/transfer
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIH required within 6 months
- ACLS and PALS required within 1 year of hire/transfer
- National nursing certification preferred
