Outside working hours if other than M-F 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.: Monday-Friday 11 am to 2 pm; Occasional evenings and weekend hours to support student field trips once per month.

Job Summary and Description

Play a crucial role in student success by working with students to identify their academic needs and provide personalized tutoring sessions.

Qualifications

Minimum Education and Experience:

• Associate's degree or equivalent education (60 hours) including successful completion of college-level coursework in the related field.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• 1 year of tutoring, teaching or directly related experience.
• Experience working with a multi-cultural population of students with varying backgrounds and education.
• Knowledge and experience tutoring in the English Language Arts to help improve students'' writing skills through classroom assignments and college application documents.
