The Kenneth F. Kahn School of Law at High Point University invites applications for a full-time Professor of Practice position to begin in the Fall 2026 semester. We are seeking an experienced visionary who will embrace the exciting opportunity to design, build, and oversee the law school's trial advocacy program.

Position Description & Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Trial Practice Courses: Teaching the three-credit Trial Practice course to upper-level law students and additional courses related to trial advocacy.
Trial Advocacy Program: Establishing a trial advocacy program that potentially includes developing a trial advocacy student board as well as teams that will participate in interscholastic competitions.
Trial Advocacy Practicum: Assisting with the development and implementation of the Trial Advocacy Practicum, a one-credit course required for 2L students.
