Brand Partnership Studio is Amazon"s in-house content and tech team supporting the ideation and execution of custom content, sponsorships, and technology on Twitch.

The mission of the Brand Partnership Studio is to bring Twitch streamers visibility and creativity across Twitch and Amazon through strategic brand partnerships. We enable brands to win in the creator economy by delivering what their target audiences and Twitch viewers want - programs that harness popular culture and community behaviors with compelling content and tech.

Reporting to the Program Activation Lead, US, the Program Activation Manager will be a key player contributing to the Brand Partnership Studio mission within the Santa Monica office. In this role, you'll oversee multiple creative projects simultaneously, build deep expertise in the Twitch creator ecosystem, and serve as a key point of contact for clients, creators, and vendors. You're a strategic problem solver who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to bring ideas to life across digital platforms.

Key job responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end execution, project management, and quality control of custom solutions throughout post-sale lifecycle and ensure timelines, deliverables, budgets, and client expectations are met.
  • Develop and manage detailed project schedules and budgets across multiple campaigns. Additionally, secure approvals, track action items, and coordinate closely with vendors, talent, sales, and production teams to ensure seamless live execution.
  • Represent the Brand Partnership Studio in client meetings, providing production recommendations and proactively identifying risks, challenges, and solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with other teams within the Brand Partnership Studio, including Creative Strategists, Producers, Influencer Relation Managers, and cross-functional teams such as Sales, Account Management, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Marketing.
  • Lead remote and on set livestream production, live event brand integrations, and branded video content production, to ensure quality control and exceed client expectations (travel up to 10%).
  • Identifies opportunities for efficiency, managing risk, and mitigation planning.
  • Monitor project profitability, resource allocation, financial reporting, and billing.

A day in the life

As a Program Activation Manager, your primary focus day to day will be to cost/scope concepts in pre-sale and manage the execution of creative programs in post-sale. You will be responsible for tracking timelines, budgets, and approvals across internal teams and external vendors. Keeping teams informed on project health via internal meetings, Slack threads, and project documents. You"ll also be responsible for processing POs and maintaining data hygiene across project systems.

Occasionally, you"ll support the ideation and packaging of original programming, and build/revise SOPs.
