What will I be doing?

ü Assist with the planning and development of new and existing large-scale projects

ü Manage multiple projects, including those overseeing the team responsible for childcare services and eligibility

ü Develop action plans to streamline processes and achieve expected outcomes in a timely manner

ü Ensure programs and services are delivered in accordance with Workforce Board's directive and comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations

ü Supervise a diverse team of individuals

ü Strategically adjust workload amongst team members

ü Effectively communicate unit and project status

Key Qualifications

ü Experienced in Project Management Principles and proven ability to handle large-scale projects from inception to completion, and anywhere in between

ü Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

ü Ability to effectively handle multiple competing deadlines

ü Skill in allocating scarce resources, including human capital

ü Effective leadership, motivation, and teamwork skills

ü Problem-solving capabilities

Do you have…

ü Bachelor''''s degree in an applicable academic discipline or related field of study

ü 5 years of experience with local government, nonprofit programs, schools, or in job-related duties

Preferred Qualifications

ü Experience with local government funding and contract management
