Position Summary
The Program Administrator is responsible for the overall management and daily operations of an assigned residential behavioral health program. This position ensures the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centered services while maintaining compliance with all company policies, state regulations, and accreditation standards, including CQL requirements.
Essential Job Functions
Program Operations
·Oversee daily operations of the residential program
·Ensure adequate staffing levels and coverage
·Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment
·Monitor client needs and services
·Ensure incident reporting compliance
Staff Supervision & Leadership
·Supervise and evaluate staff performance
·Ensure adherence to policies and procedures
·Address performance concerns and corrective action
·Assist with hiring and onboarding
·Promote a positive work environment
Compliance & Documentation
·Ensure compliance with state and CQL standards
·Monitor Therap documentation and reporting
·Maintain audit readiness
Financial & Administrative Oversight
·Manage budgets and expenses
·Monitor company credit card usage
·Review timecards and attendance in ProLiant
Communication & Collaboration
·Communicate with leadership and clinical staff
·Provide program updates
·Participate in meetings and audits

Minimum Qualifications
·Bachelor’s degree preferred
·5 plus years’ experience in behavioral health or residential setting
·Supervisory experience required
·Strong organizational, administrative and communication skills
Licensure / Certification Requirements
·Must pass required background checks
·CPR and First Aid certification required
·Drug screening and registry compliance
