About the Role:

The Asset Data Analyst is instrumental inthe strategic management and governance of organizational asset data. This roleprovides critical analytical support for program-level initiatives andcomprehensive reporting, ensuring alignment with client Key PerformanceIndicator (KPI) mandates, the technical requirements of Engineering andOperations teams, and long-term Capital Planning strategies.

This job is part of the Asset Managementfunction. They are responsible for the Lifecycle Asset Management (LCAM),Capital Planning (CP), and related strategic global programs to deliver onclient company requirements.

What You'll Do:

  • Systematically document, categorize, and auditasset data for HVAC, electrical, FLS, BMS, and IoT infrastructure acrossdiverse campus facilities.

  • Ensure data integrity and manage recordaccuracy across multiple enterprise platforms, including ComputerizedMaintenance Management Systems (CMMS), data visualization dashboards, andGoogle Sheets.

  • Collaborate with internal technical teams andcoordinate with external vendors to provide tailored asset reporting, resolvedata gaps, and track system trends.

  • Strategize and implement EngineeringPreventative Maintenance (PM) frameworks to optimize operational efficiency.

  • Drive Capital Planning program initiatives,oversee asset lifecycle monitoring, and facilitate project management delivery.

  • Orchestrate regular status meetings andfollow-up protocols with global departments and vendors to monitor progress andsecure deliverable alignment.

  • Champion the completion of time-criticaldeliverables across multiple strategic KPI initiatives.

  • Facilitate professional communication andmeticulous record-keeping, ensuring information accuracy and stakeholdercomprehension through proactive engagement.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of studyis preferred, accompanied by up to three years of professional experience.

  • Proven background in Project Management,Facilities Management, or Asset Management is highly desirable.

  • Technical proficiency with mechanical HVACsystems, Building Management Systems (BMS), and IoT ecosystems.

  • Advanced command of Google Workspace (Sheets,Docs, Slides, Drive, Gmail) or comparable enterprise productivity suites.

  • Exceptional organizational capabilitiescombined with a sophisticated analytical and inquisitive mindset.

  • Demonstrated ability to interpret complexinstructions and operate autonomously with minimal executive oversight.

  • Acute attention to detail with the capacity toestablish and enforce rigorous operational processes and procedures.

  • Proficiency in quantitative data analysis andthe generation of high-impact strategic reports.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Program Analyst position is $90,000 annually and the maximum salary for the position is $95,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience.
