Role Responsibilities: (what they will be doing)
  • Our client is seeking an Enterprise Change Delivery (Program) Analyst to support the implementation of Section 1071 Small Business Lending Rule. This role combines business analysis, regulatory interpretation, and project delivery to enable compliant data capture, reporting, and operational readiness across enterprise systems.
  • You will act as a key liaison across business, technology, and regulatory teams supporting the program manager to translate complex regulatory requirements into clear executable project schedule tasks while ensuring alignment to enterprise change governance standards and financial guardrails.
  • Plans and coordinates closely with Program Manager to drive project activities and issue resolution.
  • Ensures the Program Manager that project activities are on a path to deliver stated outcomes.
  • Ensures the Program Manager that the project is following Project Management Lifecycle (PMLC) methodology, risk management routines, and project governance activities.
  • Prepares analysis of project budget forecast and actuals variances for the program manager in accordance with finance and reporting routines and methodologies.
  • Prepares dashboard reporting for program manager to identify and communicate the health of the project for use by key executives (in alignment with existing project governance routines).
  • Prepares documentation/presentations for program manager to support overall workstream efforts and internal reporting routines, as needed
  • Proactively engages program manager to plan, manage, and risk mitigate key items and critical path activities..

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and coordinate project activities and drive issue resolution to maintain delivery momentum.
  • Monitor and ensure project activities remain on track to achieve defined outcomes.
  • Ensure adherence to the Project Management Lifecycle (PMLC), including risk management routines and governance standards.
  • Analyze project budget forecasts and actuals, identifying variances in alignment with finance and reporting methodologies.
  • Develop dashboard reporting to communicate project health and performance to key executive stakeholders.
  • Prepare documentation and presentations to support workstream activities and internal reporting requirements.
  • Proactively plan, manage, and mitigate risks associated with key deliverables and critical path activities.
Plus/Nice to Have Skills/Prior Experiences: (Hiring Manager DOES NOT require these skills/ prior experience. However candidates with any of these will be looked at first.)
  • Experience in Compliance/Regulatory matters,
  • Planning and executing on ""readiness"" plans: Client Communications, Teammate Communications and Teammate Training.
  • Prior experience with system and user acceptance test planning activities.
  • PMP certification.
  • Ability to draft plan material based on conversations with process owners and stakeholders, as needed
  • Ability to communicate project status from both a project execution oriented update and in business progression terms.
